Frank Serino DPT

Chief Operating Officer

Frank is healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. He has a diverse background in outpatient based pediatric and adult therapies as well as ABA. Most recently Frank served as Regional Vice President of Therapy and ABA for the Eastern U.S. for a large VC and PE backed company. Frank has successfully grown outpatient and contract services through de novo locations, acquisitions and joint ventures in each of his positions. Frank is a licensed Physical Therapist who has continued to learn and grow throughout his career. He attained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014, does some adjunct professorial work with his alma mater, Misericordia University and continues to grow in his leadership expertise through continuing education and experience.

As the COO, Frank leads the strategic vision for the sales, clinical, contracting and billing departments.
